staying here was wonderful as it’s just a few steps from Castle Park and within walking distance of Penrith Museum where I spent a lovely afternoon exploring. The area is rich in dining choices all around making it easy to find great meals nearby.

The afternoon tea experience stood out with a refreshing glass of prosecco and a unique selection of savoury bites, paired with a delightful cake stand loaded with sweets. A large bathroom provided comfort, and the overall atmosphere felt unhurried, ideal for a relaxing moment.
Upon entering, the hotel’s dimly lit frontage made it tricky to find, leading to some frustration after a long journey. Some fixtures were missing in the room, like photos, leaving hooks bare, and hot water took ages to come through. A generator outside my room caused noise throughout the night, and one occasion revealed an alarming lack of water pressure in the shower.

Cozy vibes and awesome food
Had a cozy stay in the big Deluxe King Room. The free standing bath was a real treat! Dinner and breakfast were super tasty with lots of options. The staff were really helpful, even helped us with luggage. Just wish the bar had been open when we got there, felt a bit bummed not to grab a drink after the drive.

The breakfast was well worth waking up for—plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. The staff were super friendly and made our stay feel like home!
Dinner left much to be desired. my meal was overcooked, and the atmosphere was marred by rowdy guests nearby. Not ideal for a chill dining experience!

we stayed for 1 night n loved the good sized room, breakfast was amazin, and the staff were super helpful. great free parking too, and the cocktails at the bar were lovely and cheap. overall a really nice vibe.
but the curtains in the room were a bit messed up n we thought there could be more space for our stuff. also, the noise from outside was a bit annoying.

Finding the car park was a bit of a comedy act in the dark! I nearly applied for a treasure hunt license.

the parking situation is a bit tricky, felt kind of dark and unlit. also, the noise level from the bar was a little much sometimes.

Just a top selection for a transient stop in Penrith with best value. The breakfast on the first morning was disappointing, with undercooked eggs and tasteless food. Consider asking for maintenance right away if you notice any issues in the room.
